Summary of gn0ey's Policies
All gn0ey products are custom-made handmade shoes, Production starts the day following an order. Refunds are not available for change of mind or fit issues.
Exchanges are allowed once for size adjustments only and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will be covered by customer.
Faulty products may be repaired or replaced, but gn0ey reserves the right to determine fault after an internal review.
Products damaged by improper use or care will not be considered faulty.
1. Faulty Product Policy
General Faulty Product Regulations
At gn0ey, we strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. If a product is deemed faulty, we offer repair or exchange services under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product does not match its description.
Exchange/Repair Policy for Faulty Products
If a product is deemed faulty, you have to contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase to request an exchange or repair.
- Faulty claims will be assessed according to gn0ey's internal evaluation process.
- Issues caused by customer misuse (e.g., improper care or accidental damage) will not be classified as faults.
- Shipping costs for exchanges or repairs due to faults will be covered by gn0ey.
2. Handmade and Leather Product Characteristics
Handmade Product Characteristics
All gn0ey products are handmade by skilled artisans, and as such, the following characteristics are inherent to handmade footwear and are not considered faults:
- Minor inconsistencies or slight variations between the left and right shoe.
- Subtle adhesive marks that may occur during the crafting process.
- Natural wrinkles or irregularities in the leather texture.
Leather Product Characteristics
The leather used in gn0ey products is a natural material, and each piece has unique characteristics.
The following are considered normal for leather and are not classified as faults:
- Minor scratches, wrinkles, or texture differences on the leather surface.
- Slight stretching or changes in shape with use over time.
- Variations in colour due to the dyeing process.
Customization Disclaimer
All gn0ey products are custom-made to your specifications.
Please note the following:
- Fit issues (e.g., tightness or looseness) due to individual foot shapes are not considered faults.
- Slight variations resulting from additional custom options are normal and are not grounds for exchange or refund.
- Wear and tear from regular use is considered natural and not a fault.

To request an exchange or report a faulty product, please contact us at admin@gn0ey.com within 30 days of purchase.
Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and the specific issue
- A detailed description of the fault
